Open Active Directory folder through Parallels.
Under farwst.local domain look for "Employees" folder.
Open appropriate Farwest State/City location folder.
Locate department employee belongs to.
Select employee by right clicking and choosing "Reset Password"
Type in new password. (It can be the old current password)
Uncheck "User must change password at next logon"
Password will immediately be changed.
